Curb Appeal ("we") makes listing videos, virtual staging and illustrated house portraits for real estate agents. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone, brokerage, the property address, listing links, the photos you send, your notes and, for portraits, the gift recipient and shipping address. We don't collect payment card details; card payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

Only to make and deliver your order, contact you about it, and keep basic business records. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties except service providers we need to run the business (hosting, payments, printing and shipping for portraits).

Photos and videos

We use the photos you send only to create your order. Uploaded files and finished videos are stored on secure cloud storage and are deleted automatically after about 30 days; please download your video promptly.

Email

If we email you about our services, every email includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs promptly.
