Orders and payment

Prices are shown on our site in US dollars. When you submit an order you receive an order code. Pay by card through Stripe and enter your order code at checkout. We start or release work once payment is received.

Your photos

You confirm you have the right to use the photos and listing information you send us, and you grant us permission to use them to create your order.

Delivery

Videos and staged photos are usually delivered within a day of receiving your photos and payment, by a download link. Download links expire, so please save your files. Printed portraits ship to the address you give us; delivery times depend on the printer and carrier.

Revisions and refunds

If something isn't right, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it. If we can't make it right, we'll refund the order. Printed portraits that arrive damaged will be replaced.

Use of finished work

You may use finished videos, images and portraits to market the listing and as gifts. We may show finished work as samples unless you ask us not to.

Property pages

A property page is included with every video purchase and stays online while the listing is active, or for a reasonable time after.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
